💡 Fix Identical AI Review Responses
🔍 Why responses may repeat
AI-generated review responses can sound identical when reviews share similar wording, ratings, or topics. Repeated
instructions, short reviews, and limited business details can also lead to similar suggestions.
🛠️ Create a more specific response
1. Go to Local → GBP Projects in the left sidebar.
2. Open the relevant project with View project.
3. Open Overview → Reviews.
4. Review the generated response and edit it before publishing.
5. Add details from the customer’s review, such as the service used, staff member mentioned, or specific concern.
✍️ Improve response variety
- Start with different openings instead of using the same greeting each time.
- Refer directly to the customer’s words and experience.
- Vary the structure: thank the customer, address the feedback, and close with an invitation to return.
- Use a different tone when appropriate, such as warm, apologetic, appreciative, or solution-focused.
- Avoid adding personal details that are not included in the review.
✅ Review before publishing
Always check each suggestion for accuracy, tone, and uniqueness. AI-generated content is a starting point, so make final
edits to ensure the response sounds natural and reflects the specific customer interaction.
