Where to Find AI Visibility Responses
Where AI Visibility responses appear AI Visibility responses are available in the Topics & Queries area. A support agent confirmed this location when a customer asked where to find the AI responses for a prompt. If you are reviewing a prompt analysis, the customer-facing conversation also referred to the Analyze > AI Responses view. If the response details are not visible A support agent recommended maximizing the browser window and minimizing the chat panel so the full prompt details can be displayed. Contact support If you still cannot view the response details, click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the platform to start a live chat with a member of our team.
Topics, Prompts & QueriesHow AI Visibility Topic Capacity Works
How topic capacity works The maximum number of AI Visibility topics is not a single number for every account. In the support case used for this article, the customer planned to create about 22 topics, and support confirmed that this was viable for that account. Support explained that the practical limit depends on the credits available to the account and the refresh cycle selected for the queries. How refresh cycles affect capacity When a query is set to refresh, that refresh uses AI Visibility quota. A shorter refresh cycle uses more quota, while a longer refresh cycle uses less. Review the refresh cycle for each query when planning how many topics and queries to track. Topic count alone does not describe the quota required to keep those queries running. Adding capacity Support said that additional quota can be topped up from the coin icon in the Topics & Queries menu in AI Visibility. Contact support If you need help reviewing your AI Visibility capacity, click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the platform to start a live chat with a member of our team.
Account Setup & First StepsBook or Rebook Your Search Atlas Onboarding Call
What the 1:1 onboarding call is The 1:1 onboarding call is a one-time session where a Search Atlas specialist walks you through the platform. It is available during your free trial. It is not a standing support channel, and it cannot be added back to an account once the trial window has passed. How to book it 1. Look for the onboarding banner at the top of your dashboard and book from there. 2. If the banner is not there, use the onboarding scheduler: https://meetings.hubspot.com/rafael-hernandez4/search-atlas-onboardings?uuid=7735cc33-9967-4640-8d02-8194bfd2d975 A link that sends you to a sign-up page instead of a calendar means the booking page did not load. Use the scheduler link above. If you no longer see the option If the banner is gone and the scheduler will not take a booking, the onboarding call is no longer available for your account. It is a one-time benefit tied to the trial, and support cannot turn it back on. You can still learn the platform in the group training sessions, which run regularly and cover how the tools work. You can also start using the account right away: add your website and connect Google Search Console from the dashboard without waiting for a call. Need help booking If the scheduler link does not load or you see an error, click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the platform to start a live chat with a member of our team.
LLM Visibility TrackingAI Visibility: Why the Setup Date and the First Analysis Date Differ
Two different dates An AI Visibility project has two dates, and they are not the same thing. - The tracking setup date is when the project was created and tracking was turned on. - The first analysis date is when the first analysis actually finished running. A project can be set up months before its first analysis completes. For example, a project whose tracking was set up in January 2026 had its first completed analysis on July 2, 2026, and showed nothing recorded for June. That gap is expected and does not mean the project was inactive. Where to see your projects Open AI Visibility in the left sidebar. That view lists the projects that are currently active. To stop a project from being tracked, open the three-dot menu on the project and choose deactivate. A deactivated project no longer appears with your active projects. The exact activation date The activation date of a specific project is not something this article or the assistant can look up for you. A teammate has to check it on your account. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the platform to start a live chat with a member of our team and ask them to confirm the activation date for the project.
Cancel: Account Closure & DataStill Getting Emails After Cancelling? How to Stop Them
Why a closed account still sends emails Closing your account stops the subscription, but it does not stop every email on its own. A cancelled account can keep its automated email notifications switched on, so you can still receive "pending tasks" emails months after the subscription ended. How to stop the emails The notifications are turned off by the Search Atlas team. There is no switch for this in the dashboard, and the assistant cannot change it. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the platform to start a live chat with a member of our team, and tell them the email address the notifications are going to. A teammate disables the automated notifications on the cancelled account, and the emails stop. If you also want the account deleted Stopping the emails and deleting the account are two different requests. If you want every record removed, say so in the same chat. Deletion is handled by a specialist team rather than in the chat itself, so it takes longer than turning the notifications off, and the teammate will tell you when it is done. Deletion cannot be undone from your side. If you only want the emails to stop and you want to keep the account, ask only for the notifications to be disabled.
Press Releases & Digital PRDigital PR Email Connection: Why Your Gmail Password Is Rejected
Where the email connection is set up The email connection for Digital PR is configured in your own email account, not inside the Search Atlas dashboard. For Gmail, that means the settings live in your Google account. What the connection needs Gmail will not accept your regular Gmail password for this connection. The setup requires an App Password, and 2-Step Verification has to be turned on in your Google account before Google will let you create one. A connection attempt made with the normal Gmail password fails every time, even when the password itself is correct. The full setup steps, including where to generate the App Password, are in Connect Email with SMTP/IMAP in Search Atlas. If it still fails Confirm 2-Step Verification is on, generate a new App Password, and use that value rather than your Gmail password. If the connection still fails after that, click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the platform to start a live chat with a member of our team.
