🔍 Overview
If you want to cancel your Search Atlas subscription, you can do it yourself directly from your dashboard. Contacting support is optional, not required.
📋 Before You Cancel
Keep the following in mind before proceeding:
- Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until that date.
- Any active projects, reports, or saved data may become inaccessible after the subscription ends.
- If you are unsure whether cancellation is the right choice, consider reaching out to our team first — we may be able to help with your concerns.
🪜 How to Cancel
To cancel your Search Atlas subscription from the dashboard:
- Click your Avatar Menu (👤)
- Go to Billing → Services
- Click the ⋮ (three-dot) menu on the plan you want to cancel
- Select Cancel
- Complete the confirmation/retention step, then the final confirmation
After cancelling, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — the subscription does not end immediately. If you change your mind, you can reverse a pending cancellation from the same place by clicking Activate.
⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind
- Account ownership: Cancellation should be performed by the primary account holder. If you are a team member or sub-user, please ask the account owner to cancel.
- Timing: Cancel as early as possible before your next billing date to avoid being charged for an additional cycle.
