Two common questions arise together: Coworker not appearing inside the Search Atlas Slack integration, and how to switch from legacy credits to Universal Credits. This article explains what is happening, what to have ready when you contact support, and what to expect during your credits migration.

Why Coworker Is Not Visible in Slack

If Coworker is not appearing as expected within your Slack integration, our team investigates these cases on a per-account basis and will need to take action on the backend to resolve it.

When contacting support about this issue, please have the following ready:

  • Your Search Atlas account email or workspace name.
  • The exact behavior you are seeing (e.g. Coworker not appearing, unable to connect, an error message — include the exact wording if possible).
  • The timestamp of when you first noticed the issue.

Universal Credits Migration

If you need to switch from legacy credits to Universal Credits or have questions about your credits balance after a migration, our team can assist with the transition on the backend.
