π What does βno dataβ mean?
If the Citations module shows βno dataβ for your citations, this may be caused by a bug affecting how the module displays citation results. An empty view does not necessarily mean your citations were removed or that your campaign failed.
β Check the Citations module
- Open the Citations module in Search Atlas.
- Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page and review the citations again.
- Check the module again later to see if results have appeared.
A refresh may not immediately change the display when the issue is caused by the underlying bug rather than missing citations.
π Try these troubleshooting steps
- Refresh the page and reopen the Citations module.
- Sign out of Search Atlas, sign back in, and check the Citations section again.
- Check again later in case results take additional time to appear.
π What you should expect
When the module is working correctly, it should show citation records and their details instead of displaying βno dataβ for every listing.
π οΈ When to contact support
If all citations still show βno dataβ after refreshing and checking back later, this is likely a bug our team needs to investigate. When reaching out, have the following ready: the affected project name, the exact βno dataβ message you see, and when you first noticed the issue. Include a screenshot if possible.
