πŸ” What causes these issues?

Generated articles may occasionally contain extra spaces, unusual paragraph breaks, or stop before the content is complete. This is a known issue (GitLab issue 576) that has been reported when generating articles or blog posts in Content Genius. Our team is aware of it and it is being investigated.

✍️ What to do while this is being investigated

If you encounter spacing problems or incomplete content in a generated article, the following general steps may help while a fix is in progress:

  1. Try generating the article again with a more focused or specific topic request.
  2. Review the output immediately after generation to identify any missing sections or formatting problems.
  3. If the article ends abruptly, consider generating it in smaller sections rather than all at once, then combine the reviewed sections manually into a final draft.
  4. Manually clean up any extra spaces, empty paragraphs, or duplicate line breaks directly in the editor before publishing.

βœ… Check before publishing

  • Confirm the introduction and conclusion are present.
  • Make sure every heading has supporting content.
  • Remove placeholder text and unfinished sentences.
  • Review facts, links, keywords, and formatting manually.

πŸ“‹ When escalating to support

If the issue persists, please have the following ready so our team can investigate quickly:

  • The exact topic or prompt you entered when generating the article.
  • A description of what went wrong (e.g., where the content cut off, what spacing looked like).
  • The date and approximate time the generation was attempted.
  • A screenshot or copy of the incomplete or incorrectly formatted output.
