🔍 What Is Happening?

Two related issues can occur inside the Content Genius editor that disrupt your writing workflow:

  • d15 validation check loop: The system repeatedly flags missing article metadata — such as title, meta description, or keywords — even though all fields appear correctly filled in.
  • Blog Post Refiner stuck state: After clicking a Refiner action, the interface shows "Working on it" for 10 or more minutes without completing or returning a result.

Both issues are linked to an Atlas Agent behavior where recommendation checks can loop endlessly. Engineering is actively working on a fix.

⚙️ Why Does the d15 Validation Loop Happen?

The d15 check is part of the Atlas Agent's automated recommendation system inside Content Genius. Under certain conditions, the agent re-evaluates metadata requirements in a continuous loop instead of recognising that the fields have already been set.

⚙️ Why Does the Blog Post Refiner Get Stuck?

The Blog Post Refiner relies on the same Atlas Agent pipeline. When the agent enters a loop, Refiner actions can remain in a "Working on it" state indefinitely until the underlying issue is resolved on the engineering side.

🚀 What to Do Right Now

These issues are caused by a backend bug that our engineering team is actively investigating. There are no confirmed self-serve steps that fully resolve either issue at this time. To get unblocked as quickly as possible, please reach out to our support team and have the following information ready:

  • The name of the affected project or article
  • The exact behavior you are seeing (d15 validation loop, stuck Refiner, or both)
  • Approximately when the issue started, including the date and time
  • Any error messages or status text displayed on screen (e.g., "Working on it")

Our team will escalate your report to engineering so your case can be linked to the active investigation and prioritized accordingly.
