## **How topic capacity works**

The maximum number of AI Visibility topics is not a single number for every account. In the support case used for this article, the customer planned to create about 22 topics, and support confirmed that this was viable for that account.

Support explained that the practical limit depends on the credits available to the account and the refresh cycle selected for the queries.

## **How refresh cycles affect capacity**

When a query is set to refresh, that refresh uses AI Visibility quota. A shorter refresh cycle uses more quota, while a longer refresh cycle uses less.

Review the refresh cycle for each query when planning how many topics and queries to track. Topic count alone does not describe the quota required to keep those queries running.

Support said that additional quota can be topped up from the coin icon in the Topics & Queries menu in AI Visibility.
