## How do I check my Universal Credits balance?

Universal Credits (UC) are a shared credit balance used across eligible Search Atlas tools. To see your current balance:

1. Log in to your Search Atlas account.
2. Look for the **Universal Credits** indicator in the platform header.
3. Click it to open the balance details, which show your remaining credits.

You can also open **Billing → Plans & Top-ups**; accounts on UC billing see a Universal Credits panel there with balance details.

## What consumes my Universal Credits?

Eligible actions across tools consume from the same shared balance — so usage in one product (for example Website Studio, Site Explorer, or URL Indexer) reduces the balance shown in another. The amount consumed depends on the tool, the action, and your account configuration.

## When does my balance refresh?

Your plan's UC allocation renews on your billing date, shown under **Billing → Services** as "Renews [date]".

## My balance looks wrong

If the balance does not match your expectations after following the steps above, contact us via live chat with the balance you see and the action you ran, and we will verify it against your account.
