- **The publisher can't or won't fix it.** In this case, support can offer a replacement placement or process a refund, depending on the situation.

# **✅ What to Expect When You Report a 404**

When you report a broken link, support will check the specific order and give you an itemized status — some links may already be confirmed live and good, others reset and reassigned to a new publisher, and others flagged for a refund if a placement genuinely can't be recovered. If several orders are affected at once, each one gets checked individually rather than resolved as a single blanket action.

If a refund applies, it's typically issued as HDC (Hyperdrive Credits) to your account rather than a reversal to your original payment method.
