# **🔍 Overview**

The Holistic SEO section in Search Atlas displays scores across three key pillars: **Content**, **Authority**, and **UX**. In some cases, these scores may appear as **0** or fail to display at all — even when your site has active content and authority signals. This is a known bug that is handled on the backend. This article explains what you should know and what information to have ready if you need to escalate.

# **⚙️ What Is Happening**

The Holistic SEO pillar scores are sourced from backend data endpoints. When those endpoints do not return data correctly — for example, due to a backend service issue — the **Content**, **Authority**, and **UX** pillars will display as 0 or remain blank. This is not caused by a configuration error on the customer's side, and there are no self-serve steps that are confirmed to resolve it. The fix requires backend investigation and action by the Search Atlas team.

# **📋 What to Expect**

- Pillar scores showing as 0 or blank is a known issue rooted in how backend data is delivered to the Holistic SEO section.
- This type of issue is resolved by the Search Atlas team on the backend — no customer-side action has been confirmed to fix it.
- Your data and site configuration are not at risk; this is a display/data-delivery issue.
